​At Traveling Couples Retreat, we aim to create a calm, seamless experience for all our clients. To help us do that, we’ve structured our booking schedule around our availability and the number of guests in your group.

 

Appointment Days

We offer massage appointments on: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

 

Morning Session Start Times

All sessions are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with exact start times based on the size of your group:

• Couples (2 people)
  May choose a preferred start time: 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 AM

• Groups of 3–4 people
  Are scheduled to start at 8:00 or 9:00 AM (based on preference and availability)

• Groups of 5–6 people
  Will be scheduled to start at 8:00 AM to ensure enough time for each guest’s full session

Note: We typically take only one booking per day. Occasionally, we accommodate two couples on the same morning if time allows.

 

Larger Groups (7+ People)

For groups of more than 6 people who would like to receive massages on the same day, we kindly request at least 2.5 weeks' notice so we can coordinate childcare and adjust our schedules for full-day availability.

Bookings made with less notice can be accommodated, but we will need to be split across multiple days, within our standard morning hours.
