Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will get a 50% refund of deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours, none of the deposit will be refunded. If plans change within 24 hours of the massage start time, the appointment can be rescheduled without making an additional deposit, but the deposit will not be refunded.
